Does this sound familiar?
Orders and day-to-day work keep growing, and your records still live in separate spreadsheets and documents. To see how the business is doing, you collect and compare the data by hand. That takes all your evenings and weekends.
First in a spreadsheet, then in another program. When something changes, you fix it in several places.
How much did you make on an order? Which invoices are still unpaid? The answer is there, but first you have to compare spreadsheets and documents.
It lacks your calculations and your way of doing things, and it has plenty you don’t need. So you still keep part of your records separately.
Your own software does only what your company needs. It has no extra features, and it changes only when you decide.
What can change
Your rules and calculations become part of the system. Here is what that can give you.
Rates, costs and prices are calculated on your terms, without someone else’s templates.
From my work: a government rent estimate service
Orders, people, hours and documents are linked. The whole team works with the same data.
From my work: a portal for an Olympic bobsled team
Estimates, invoices and replies to customers are checked against your rules. A mistake gets fixed before the customer sees it.
From my work: a university hospital
You see how much you made on each order or project. You can trace every amount back to the source documents.
From my work: a construction company
Your software can connect to almost any service that allows it. For example, once an order is paid, it sends the customer a confirmation and passes the order on for delivery. While preparing the plan, I check which services can be connected.
Your industry can be anything, from construction and trucking to a clinic or a beauty salon. I don’t do websites or marketing. I build only software that works by the rules of your business. The more complex, the more I enjoy it.
Who you work with
I am a software engineer. You work with me directly, and I speak your language and the language of your business. I design and build software around the way your company works. I have been building software since 2018, and before that I spent eleven years maintaining systems that had to run without interruption.
It is your way of working that made your business successful. The software will strengthen that way of working and take away needless manual and routine work. First I ask how things are organized and what gets in the way. Then I explain in plain words what can be done.
Before handover I check how the application calculates and stores data and how it behaves in everyday situations and under load. I also check what happens after a typing mistake and how it works on a computer and on a phone. I take care of the whole technical side.
At twelve I moved from Kazakhstan to Belgium and lived there for 25 years. I started my career as a technician at Interparking, an international parking company and one of the largest in Europe. For eleven years I was responsible there for systems that must run without interruption: payment terminals, barriers, cameras and networks.
I graduated with honors as an engineer in electronics and information and communication technology. Since 2018 I have built software for private companies, and also for the public sector and healthcare, where national rules apply and everything must strictly comply with the law.
I built record keeping for a group of construction companies, invoice checks for a university hospital, a rent estimate service for a regional government in Belgium and a portal for an Olympic bobsled team. Also a system for a content creator and a booking system for interpreters.
Through my work I know European rules well, including VAT, personal data protection (GDPR) and Peppol, the European network for electronic invoices. In 2025 I received a US visa for individuals with extraordinary ability in software development, and since then I have lived and worked in Florida.
I am also a Senior Member of IEEE, the world’s largest professional association of engineers. This grade goes to engineers with more than ten years of experience and a sustained record of achievement, and only after review by an official committee.
With me you get years of engineering experience and the speed of AI. I design the architecture and logic of every system myself and write the code together with AI agents. Under my direction they write and check code to the highest industry standards, with automated tests, a review of every change and data protection. That way I get much more done, and you pay less than an agency would charge, without long meetings and approval rounds. I have worked with all my current clients for years, and they always come back with new tasks.
Today anyone can put an application together quickly with AI, without technical knowledge or any idea of how it works inside. AI does not follow those standards on its own unless you know them and insist on them. Such an application works until the first serious error, and then nobody can fix it. I know why every line of code in my software is there and what it does.
AI can also be built into the software itself. It reads data from invoices and receipts, sorts email and drafts replies to customers. I add it where it really saves time, and decisions that involve money stay with a person.
How to start
You don’t need to write a specification first. Just tell me what your company does and what is done by hand today.
30 minutes · free
By phone or video call. I ask what you do and what gets in the way. If a ready-made program can solve it, I tell you right away.
Pick a timeFor a small project · $500
I describe the features and screens and propose phases with estimated prices. The plan is ready within 5 business days. If I see a simpler way, I suggest it.
Fixed price · timeline up front
Before work starts, you know its fixed price and timeline. After launch your staff can already work in the software. You decide what to add next.
The plan is yours to keep. You can continue with me or hand it to another developer. For a large project, I name the scope and cost of the plan after the first call.
The first call takes 30 minutes and is free.
I work in phases
First I build what your business needs most. After launch you have a working system. You decide whether to add features or stop for now.
A written plan that helps you decide whether to order the software:
The plan is ready within 5 business days, and the $500 counts toward the first phase. For a small project it takes about two hours of video calls with me. For a large project, I discuss the scope and cost of the analysis separately.
The plan shows estimated prices for the phases. Before a phase starts, I name its fixed price and timeline. If the work takes me longer, the price stays the same. There are no hourly bills. Usually the work is ready before the promised date.
Before launch you try the software with your own documents and examples in a test environment. If something does not work as agreed, I fix it. Then I put the software into use, and the phase counts as delivered.
For example, order tracking first and reports later. Or the other way around, if you need the reports more. If one task needs groundwork from another, I tell you in advance.
Screen mockups, a feature list, the order of phases and an estimated price for each. You know what you will get before any work begins.
You can already live in the house: your staff enter orders, and you see them in one place. The foundation is built for future expansion.
I add what the company needs now. You check each addition in a test environment first, and then your staff move in.
After each phase you have a finished house you can live in, not a half-built one.
A monthly fee covers hosting the software on a server, backups and security updates. I name the amount before the first phase. It does not depend on the number of users or employees.
Tell me what you want to change or add. I estimate the work and name the price and timeline before I start.
Before you order the first phase, you know three amounts: the cost of the plan, the price of the phase and the monthly hosting fee.
Needed from the first phase
Your team will use the software every day. That is why sign-in, data safety and testing of changes are part of the work from the start.
Their own username and password, and two-step verification if you want it. The software records who changed what and when. Nothing is deleted without a trace: I can restore a deleted record.
Backups run automatically, and I test restoring from a backup before launch. Data is encrypted and stored in the US or Europe, and European clients’ data only in Europe.
I test every change with automated tests and in a test environment, separate from the live software. So updates don’t get in the way of your staff.
If the software or any part of it stops responding, I know about it before you call. I install security updates myself, so you don’t have to think about them.
During the first month after launch I fix bugs for free. I build the software myself, and I am responsible for it.
From my work
Clients come back to me with new tasks, and their software grows with their business.
Eight years ago I built a time-tracking program for this company. The office still uses it today. When the company grew, the owner came back with a new task.
In the evenings and on weekends he checked the delivery notes for every shipment, assigned supplier invoices and material purchases to projects, prepared estimates and sent customers partial and progress invoices.
Now all of this is in one program. It is connected to his accounting system and to the government databases that verify VAT numbers. One document can cover several projects and types of work. The program shows the overall picture, and from there he can drill down to every detail: hours worked, materials bought, deliveries to the site and progress invoices to customers.

An example from my work
What a software
plan for a business
looks like
A construction company as the example: from time tracking to profit per project
Inside: the owner’s task, the first phase, reliability, mockups, a roadmap with prices and how the budget works.
To see how I work
Using a construction company as the example, it shows how a plan describes the features, shows the screens and prices the phases.
Names and recognizable details have been changed. Prices in the sample are in US dollars.
If you still have doubts
If your question isn’t here, write to me, and I will look at your situation.
Contact meUntil I know how your business works, I can’t name a price for the software. But you never pay an amount blind: the plan for a small project costs $500, the phase prices are in the plan, I name the fixed price of a phase before it starts, and the monthly fee before you order the first phase.
No. After each phase you have a working version. You order the next one when you need it. You set the priorities, and I explain any dependencies in advance.
During the first month after launch I fix bugs for free. I discuss further support and new requests with you separately: I name the price and timeline before the work starts.
Yes. The plan is yours to keep. You can continue with me or with another developer, or put the project on hold.
No. You need to know your work, not how the software is built. You explain and show me examples, and I do the technical part.
I check that while preparing the plan. If a service allows data exchange, I can connect your accounting software, email, calendar, customer list, payments, delivery, bank or messaging apps. For example, the construction company’s program is connected to its accounting and checks VAT numbers in a government database. And it does more than pass data along: the software works with that data by your rules.
Code is only part of the work. Someone has to understand the task, design the system, and check the calculations, access and data safety. AI helps me do routine things faster, but it is not responsible for the result. The checks and the responsibility stay with me. So you get your software faster and cheaper than from a whole team, and more reliable than one put together without an engineer.
Remotely, by video call and email. If you are in the Tampa Bay area, I can meet you in person. I work in English, Dutch and Russian. Belgium and Germany are six hours ahead of me, so your evening falls during my working day.
For clients in the US, the contract and invoices are in English, so your accountant and lawyer can read them. In any country, I build the rules for your business into the software together with your accountant or lawyer. They have the final word.
No. I build software for daily work: record keeping, calculations, documents, requests and the other rules of your business. I don’t do websites or marketing. The more complex the rules, the more interesting the work is for me.
How to reach me
A couple of sentences about your company is enough. I reply personally within one business day and suggest a time for a free 30-minute call.
I work through FutureWave Technologies LLC, a Florida company: it signs the contracts with clients in the US and Europe and sends the invoices.
