How I handle your data
The data from this site is the responsibility of FutureWave Technologies LLC, the Florida company I work through: 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. For any question about your data, write to me: chingiz@mizambekov.com.
What data I receive and why
- If you write to me through the form: your name, email address and message. I use them to reply to you and arrange a call. Legal basis: your request and my legitimate interest in answering it.
- If you message me in a messaging app: the name in your profile and your messages. I use them to reply to you. The messaging app processes them under its own rules.
- If you book a call: your name, email address, the time you chose and your answer to the question about your company. I use them to hold the call. Legal basis: the same.
- If you ask for the sample plan: your email address, and the date and time of the request as proof of your consent. When you send that form, you get the sample and subscribe to my mailing list, where I write about my projects and useful solutions for businesses, no more than twice a month. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the link in every email.
Sending a message through the form or booking a call does not add you to the mailing list.
Statistics and spam protection
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. I count visits with a statistics service that works without cookies and without personal data: only overall figures, such as how many people opened a page and where they came from.
The forms are protected by a bot check. It starts when you begin filling in a form and receives your IP address and details about your browser. The check service uses them to filter out bots, and also for its own purposes, to improve the check.
Who else processes the data
- Email service and online calendar: email and call bookings
- Mailing service: emails from the site and the mailing list
- Hosting: running the site and protecting the forms from spam
- Statistics service: anonymous visit statistics, servers in the EU
The email service, the mailing service and the hosting may store data in the US. For transfers of data from the EU they use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I will tell you the names of the services on request.
I do not sell your data or share it with others for advertising.
How long I keep it
I delete correspondence that did not lead to an order two years after the last email. I keep contract documents as long as accounting and tax law requires. I keep your email address on the mailing list until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask me to show, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent to the mailing list. I reply within a month. If the law requires me to keep part of the data, such as invoices, I explain what and why. If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
